I am an experienced Biology teacher and examiner with over 18 years of teaching experience across IB Biology, A-Level Biology and GCSE Science.

As a long-standing IB Biology Examiner with examining experience across A-Level Biology and GCSE Science, I bring a strong understanding of what examiners look for. I teach students how to interpret command terms, structure high-scoring answers, apply mark schemes effectively and avoid the common mistakes that cost marks.

My tutoring is personalised, structured and exam-focused. I adapt each lesson to the student’s individual needs, combining clear explanation of difficult scientific concepts with targeted exam-question practice and effective revision strategies.

My group lessons are deliberately kept small, with a maximum of just 2 students per group. Students are carefully matched according examination board, ensuring every lesson follows the correct specification and remains focused on exactly what they need for their exams.

I provide UCAT preparation for aspiring medical students, focusing on the techniques, accuracy and time-management skills required for this highly competitive admissions test.
